House rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Pets are not allowed in the residence. Please note the chimney cannot be used for heating, it is only a decorative feature.

A 3000-euro damage deposit link will be sent to you via Swikly 21 days prior to arrival.

The space

Paradisa Summit is a beautiful apartment that offers everything you need for a comfortable stay with a luxury feel, right in the heart of Chamonix.

Located on the top floor of the building and accessible with a lift, this property offers breathtaking views of Mont-Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi, which you will be able to enjoy from its spacious balcony, just off of the living area.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with four double bedrooms, three of which have their own private en-suite bathroom and a private access to a baclony.

In addition to the en-suite bathrooms, there is a fourth bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet for added convenience. A washing machine and dryer are available on premises.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, and opens onto the living room for a more spacious feel. High-end amenities such as Wi-Fi, TVs in all the bedrooms and the living room, a ski locker with boot warmers, and two private underground parking spaces complete the offer.

The refined furnishings offer an elegant feel to the property, while its generous volumes provide comfort and warmth during the colder months.
