It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property and we do not accept pets.

You will be sent a link for €1,000 security deposit through Swikly about 21 days before your arrival.

The space

Nestled in the historical centre of Chamonix, inside the Kursaal residence just a few steps away from all the shops, restaurants and ski lifts, this cozy apartment is the ideal retrat to fully enjoy the mountains, whether in the winter or in the summer.

The apartment boasts two spacious bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and one with bunk beds, perfect for children or friends. The place sleeps up to 4 people in a welcoming and beautifully furnished atmosphere.

Equipped with a shower and a bathtub, its bathroom is perfect for relaxing after a day of activities up the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the basic necessities to prepare meals for the whole family, and a washing machine is also at your disposal.

Skiers and snowboarders will enjoy the private ski locker to store their gear without crowding the living space inside the apartment.
