Perfectly located just minutes from lifts and shops—there is truly no need for a car here!

The space

This exceptional residence perfectly balances the grandeur of a recognized heritage building with the intimate, cozy atmosphere of a mountain cottage. Inside, you will find all the modern amenities required for a seamless stay, centered around a traditional wood-burning fireplace that invites you to relax after a day in the elements. The apartment offers a truly spectacular vantage point, boasting breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Mont-Blanc massif that serve as a constant reminder of the beauty of the High Alps.

Located in a quiet area in the heart of central Chamonix, yet it's an easy 3 minutes walk from lively central Square, 10 minutes walk from Brevent lift and only 2 minutes walk from the bus service giving full access to the whole region. It is perfectly situated and there is really no need for a car - unless, of course, you prefer it to get about.

The living space is thoughtfully distributed over two levels, beginning on the first floor with a tranquil primary bedroom featuring a queen-size bed. On this same level, you will find a charming sleeping alcove equipped with bunk beds; please note that while linen for the bunk beds is not included in the standard stay, it can be easily arranged upon request for an extra charge. Moving upstairs, the second floor opens into a large, airy mezzanine containing four single beds. This upper retreat is accessed via a characteristic spiral staircase which, due to its steep and narrow design, is better suited for agile guests and may not be appropriate for young children or those with restricted mobility.

Please note that the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor and you will need to walk up the stairs to the 7th floor.
